چکیده

This research aims to evaluate the effect of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) in improving resilience cashew seedlings water deficit and soil nutritional status. The split-plot experimental design was used. treatments consist two factors, two-level regime (30% useful reserve 70% reserve) main plots three-level inoculation (no inoculation, Glomus mosseae aggregatum) subplots. Each treatment is replicated nine times. study conducted at Agronomic Experimentation Station University Lomé between June November 2020. Induction hydric started three months after setting up trial lasted months. At end shortage cycle, growth parameters were measured leaf samples taken for laboratory analysis. Parameters assessed include mycorrhization rate, relative content, proline malondialdehyde mycorrhizal dependency, plant biomass mineral content soil. results show good 70.86% aggregatum 54.92% with mycorrhiza dependency 12.87% 11.74% respectively. reduced stress symptoms addition plant's intrinsic protective mechanisms. reflected lower improved stressed but inoculated plants compared uninoculated plants. AMF also availability nutrients soil, which resulted better under both normal watering conditions. overall assessment suggested that can be used improve resistance against drought their through improvement nutrient availability.

PROCESSING OF CASHEW NUT (Anacardium occidentale L.) AND CASHEW NUT SHELL LIQUID WITH SUPERCRITICAL CARBON DIOXIDE AND WATER

In this work, our objective was to examine methods for processing cashew nut shell liquid and cashew shell with carbon dioxide and water. Supercritical CO2 was applied for extraction of split cashew shells and near-critical water was applied for reaction of the cashew shell material. In the extractions, it was found that a pressurization-depressurization step that was approximately 1 h gave ext...
